About New Growth TLM LLC

New Growth TLM, LLC was founded in 2022 by Payton Mimbs, a Dublin native. Payton graduated from the University of Georgia in 2005 with a degree in Landscape & Grounds Management. Upon graduation, Payton dove right into his career in the landscape industry, and that’s where he’s been ever since. In 2008, Payton returned to Dublin and continued his career in landscaping and turf management. 

With New Growth TLM, Payton and his team hope to continue to help Dublin and its surrounding communities grow and thrive. In his words, “I love being outside, working with my hands and sweating a little bit. I love being in God’s creation on a daily basis.” 

After Payton moved back to Dublin, he married his high school sweetheart, Katie. They live next door to Payton’s mom and just down the road from Katie’s parents. When they’re not hard at work (Payton at New Growth and Katie as his marketing director), they can be found chasing around their four children (Milly, Maggie, JP, and Blayne) or their countless animals (anyone in the market for goats or chickens?!). They aim to serve the Lord in all they do, as glorifying His name is their ultimate life goal.
